The Noya project, which occupies an area of eight acres in the trendy Noga Quarter of Jaffa, is comprised of six residential buildings and four historical buildings intended for commercial use.
The new community combines advanced
methods of construction and contemporary design – the work of architect
Avner Yashar. Collectively, the six 6-story residential
buildings house a total of 131 units and feature
layouts with 3 and 4-bedroom apartments as well as several two-story lofts and penthouses.
